Proposals & Documents
Build a Proposal, Invoice, Change Order, or RFI, then print or save to PDF.
Each draw becomes a tracked payment milestone once this document is signed and linked to a project — not before.
Cleans up spelling and wording across the whole document in one pass — Subject, Location, every line item description, Scope of Work, and every section below — without changing any price, quantity, date, or address. AI-drafted language is a starting point, not legal advice — have your company's qualified advisor review contract, warranty and inspection wording before it goes out.
Emails the client a link to review, then approve & sign or decline. Requires the client to have an email on file.

Schedule
Appointments and reminders, exportable straight to your phone's calendar.
How reminders work here: Command Center emails you a reminder automatically before each upcoming appointment (see Settings below to confirm the address). You can also click Add to Phone Calendar on any appointment to download an invite file (.ics) that adds the event straight to your iPhone/Android calendar app with its own native reminder. This app also shows a browser notification for anything due within 24 hours while this tab is open — handy as a backup, but the email and your phone's calendar are the reliable paths.
No appointments yet — add your first one above.
AI Assistant
Ask Claude for on-site advice, or stage code updates before you paste them into the master file.
Anything you type here is sent along with every question and every "Refine with AI" click — standing rates, corrections, house rules, whatever you want it to stop getting wrong. It only grows when you edit it; it never changes on its own.
This renders the pasted block in an isolated frame only — it never modifies this file automatically.
To actually apply a change: open mca_dashboard.html in a text editor, find the matching
section, replace it, save, and reload this page (or re-upload it wherever you host it).
Team
Who can sign in to this dashboard, and how to add someone new.
| Name | Role | Project Access | Status | Actions |
|---|

Change your own password
How invites work here
- Click + Invite Team Member, pick a role, and set a temporary password. Office Staff / Estimator / Admin see every project and full financials, same as today. Field / Foreman and Subcontractor only see the specific project(s) you check off — no CRM, Financials, Document Creator, AI Assistant, or Team Access for them.
- Their login is created (pre-confirmed, no email verification step) on the server the moment you save — it never touches or exposes your service-role key, and it does not sign you out.
- Share the email + password with them directly (text or call — not email, in case the inbox is shared). They can sign in right away and change their password from this same Team Access tab.
- Click Edit on anyone to change their role, password, or which projects a Field/Sub login can see — re-checking the boxes fully replaces their project list.
- Revoke Access locks someone out of every project and every table immediately (their login still technically exists, but sees nothing) — delete their user under Supabase → Authentication → Users if you want the login itself gone for good.
